People ignore that stress is a big deal to the body. Stress is the reaction of your body to change a response. Stress will affect the person's physical, mental, and emotional responses. People are weak when they are stressed because the mind and body are focused on one thing that it forgets about the other functions. The brain releases chemicals that will give energy for the bodies but will allow your body to be weak for the bacteria to enter and get sick. People sometimes react to little things that will make them stress about it and forget the big things that they should take care of. People should control their thought instead of the thoughts controlling them.

The Miracle of Life
The Life's Greatest Miracle is about the attraction between men and women, how babies are created, reproductive system, DNA, growth of child and other processes. 365,000 babies are made each year. People must be attracted to each other and must have common interest for them to think about starting a family. There must be a men and women in order to create a babies and must do a specific activity together. Sperm has 3 million sperm cells that must swim to find an egg. I saw this video of the sperm trying to find an egg. It shows how the process of meiosis from mother's and father's half of chromosomes. Then I saw that the sperm is healthy and compatible to the egg for it to attach to each other. The sperm releases its DNA in the egg and then cell are multiplying in order form the baby. In a few weeks, the body will be forming inside the mother. The mother will give the baby an X and father will give a X or Y. The father will be the one that give either a X for girl and Y for boy. The fetus will be getting all of the nutritional and oxygen cells so it can survive and grow. Also, the baby's heart beat will be going twice as fast as an adult. The mother will get very hungry. During the last trimester, the fetus must just grow. Finally, delivering a baby is the most painful experience a women can have but it will be worth it when they finally see their baby in their hands.

Bullying
The movie "Bully" is a film about real life documentary that shows the experience that teenagers are being bullied and no one is trying to help them out. People can watch this movie on the internet but you would have to find it. Also, you can purchase the movie at a store that would sell this DVD. The website "http://www.thebullyproject.com/" is a website that wants to spread the word that bullying should stop and people should take the pledge and take a stand. I think that bullying is wrong because it can really affect a person's emotional and physical. I thought that the film was very shocking, scary, emotional, sad, and other emotions. The school system needs to improve because many student are being bullied by most students in the school. What can the teacher do in order prevent bullying? Did the teachers really try their best in helping the students? After watching the movie, I felt that angry, sad, depressed, and other negative emotions because this film was unfair. The Bullying impact affects people that are not comfortable with themselves and have poor social skills. It will make the people act differently than the others. more importantly, it affects them emotionally and mentally. Bullying is a public health concern because 58% of teens have been told something mean and 77% of students have admitted to being bullied. I think that parents should be allowed to attend school to supervise the students so they don't get bullied.

Stress and Psychological Health
I use the projection defense mechanism
Three other Defensive Mechanism that I use are: Denial, Displacement, and Humor Mechanism
Humor Mechanism
When I have to present something, I usually make some jokes in order for other people not notice how shy I really am.
When people make a joke that is weird or stupid, I would usually laugh because I don't want him to feel bad for his sense of humor.
I feel that I am not very comfortable with myself that I must hide my emotions and thoughts to be the quiet and shy guy.
Denial Mechanism
When my parents are asking me if I have a girlfriend, I would always lie and deny everything they say because I don't want them to find out too early.
When I spend too much time in school, my parents would be deny it and tell them another lie because they don't trust me very much.
When I deny something it feels bad but it also feels right because they want a very long explanation that I really don't want to have.
Displacement Mechanism
When I have a bad day, I usually take it out on my brother or sister because they don't have any big problems.
When I lose a soccer game, I usually yell at my teammates because they didn't score more goals than the other team.
I feel bad that I am taking it out on other people but I should find a way to release my anger in a healthy manner such as boxing.

Stress Post
I have many stress soother that i like to use in order to relax from stressful things. My favorite stress soother is Pets Stress Soother. Dogs give unconditional love that will help people get happy. Pets can reduce stress and improve their self-esteem. I like to take my dog for walks, playing fetch, and other things. Dogs are very loyal if you show them respect, feed, walk, protect, care, teach and other things. I like to take my dog everywhere I go such as visit family, park, store, runs, and other activities that allows me to take him. Dogs are men's best friend. Each day, my dog is waiting in front of the door until I arrive so he can lick me, when i am doing homework he will be next to me and also sleeps on my bed. I have taught him many trick such as fetch, sit, roll over, and others.

I should go to the gym and get myself a trainer that will help me exercise and find an appropriate diet like salad, protein water, and others.
